Description:

This legendary event will offer a day for friends and business acquaintances to compete for prizes while helping older adults and persons with disabilities in East Central Indiana live "Life.  On their terms..."  Lunch will be served at 12:00PM.  Tournament play will begin at 1:00PM with an awards ceremony at the end of play.  Please join us for a day of fun, prizes, and great food.

In addition to our golf tournament LifeStream will be hosting "Storie In The Meadow".  A music event featuring Carl Storie on May 15, 2010.  Come join us for music, food, fun and games for the entire family.  Please call 1-800-589-1121 for more information.
