Terms and Conditions
Overview:
Organization is engaging Golf Digest Planner (GDP) to assist in the research, selection and contract negotiations to secure a host golf course (the "Host Course") for a specified golf event (the "Event"). You are under no obligation to accept our recommendations for a golf course.
GDP Obligations:
  1. Research golf courses in the target market requested by Organization.
  2. Provide recommendations for a Host Course to Organization including estimated costs based on the specifications provided in the Placement Agreement.
  3. Assist in the completion and acceptance of the final contract between the Organization and the Host Course.
  4. Provide a complimentary tournament package or hole in one package to Organization upon the finalization of the contract between Organization, GDP and Host Course. Specific complimentary package is based on the total event billing from the Host Course with a minimum wholesale cost of $5,000 (including greens fees, food and beverages).
  1. $5,000 - $7,500 Complimentary "Flight Club" Hole in One Package
  2. $7,501 - $10,000 Complimentary "Instant Event" Package
  3. $10,001 - $15,000 Complimentary "Total Tournament" Package
  4. $15,001 or More Complimentary "Ultimate Event" Package
Organization Obligations:
  1. Review all proposals from GDP recommended Host Course(s) in a timely manner.
  2. Finalize event details directly with the Host Course including food and beverages, menu selections and/or other additional items necessary to finalize the Placement Agreement between Organization and Host Course.
  3. Complete, accept and sign the Placement Agreement with Host Course in a timely manner in order to secure requested event date at selected Host Course.
  4. Comply with financial terms of the Placement.
Agreement, including payment schedule.

GDP will act as agent of Organization and will accept all payments from Organization for services rendered by and on behalf of the Host Course pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. It will be the responsibility of GDP to ensure final payment is made to the Host Course within three (3) business days from receipt of its final invoice.

Either party may cancel this Agreement without obligation at any time prior to the execution of the Placement Agreement with the Host Course. If Organization cancels this Agreement after the Placement Agreement with Host Course is entered into, Organization shall be liable to Host Course under the Placement Agreement for any damages as well as liable to GDP for any fees incurred on behalf of Organization in organizing the Event.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their successors in interest.

This Agreement shall be governed by Michigan law.
